脱湿鼓风技术在日钢九号高炉的应用

摘要 介绍了高炉脱湿鼓风工艺流程和技术,通过分析高炉脱湿鼓风对高炉风压、产量和燃料比的影响,得出高炉采取脱湿鼓风后可使风压升高15.9 kPa,产量增加85.9 t/d,燃料比折合降低10.95 kg/t,节能降耗效果显著。 The technological process and technology concerning the dehumidification blast air for a blast furnace(BF)were introduced.By analyzing the effect of dehumidifying blast operation on BF air pressure,output and fuel ratio,it was concluded that after carrying out the operation of BF dehumidifying blast air,its air pressure could be increased by 15.9 kPa,the output could increased by 85.9 t/d and the fuel ratio could reduced by 10.95 kg/t.As a result,the effect for energy-saving and cost-reducing was remarkable.
