君药及十枣汤君药刍议

十枣汤出自《伤寒杂病论》,历来对十枣汤的君药争论不休。根据十四五规划教材中定义的君药是针对主病或主证起主要治疗作用的药物,是方中不可或缺,且药力居首,通过分析十枣汤发现其中最不可缺少的药是大枣。故,十枣汤中大枣为君。通过考证古代及当代学者对君臣佐使的认识,认为应将君药定义为:君药首先是指针对主病或主证起主要治疗作用的药物,其在方中不可或缺;其次,君药在方中的药味较少,不论何药在作为君药时的用量比其作为臣、佐、使药应用时要大,这样对解释十枣汤中何者为君是有益的。

Shizao Decoction comes from“Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases”.There has always been an endless debate on the monarch medicine of Shizao Decoction.According to the definition in the textbook of the 14th Five-Year Plan,the monarch medicine is the medicine that plays the main role in the treatment of the main disease or the main syndrome.Through the analysis of Shizao Decoction,it is found that the most indispensable medicine should be jujube.By researching the understanding of ancient and contemporary scholars on the monarch,ministers and envoys,the author believes that the monarch medicine should be defined that the sovereign medicine refers to the medicine that plays a major role in the treatment of the main disease or main syndrome,and it is indispensable in the prescription;Secondly,the monarch medicine has fewer medicinal flavors in the prescription,and no matter what medicine is used as the monarch medicine,the dosage is larger than when it is used as the minister,assistant,and envoy.This is useful for explaining who is the king in Shizao Decoction.
