川木瓜水提液降低小鼠酒精性脂肪肝作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Effect of Water Extract of Chaenomeles Speciosa on Reducing Alcoholic Fatty Liver in Mice

目的:观察川木瓜水提液降低小鼠酒精性脂肪肝的作用。方法:将50只小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、川木瓜水提液低剂量组(2 g/kg)、川木瓜水提液中剂量组(4 g/kg)和川木瓜水提液高剂量组(8 g/kg)。用川木瓜水提液和56%红星二锅头连续小鼠灌胃30 d(先灌胃川木瓜水提液,半小时后灌胃56%红星二锅头)制造小鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型,测定小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)的含量以及肝匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。结果:酒精模型组小鼠的TC、TG、ALT、AST和MDA均高于空白对照组,SOD的活力低于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,川木瓜水提液中剂量组和川木瓜水提液高剂量组均能显著降低小鼠血清ALT、AST、TG、TC含量,显著提高SOD的活力,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:川木瓜水提液具有一定地降低小鼠酒精性脂肪肝的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of water extract of Chaenomeles speciosa on reducing alcoholic fatty liver in mice.Methods 50 mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,low dose group(2 g/kg),medium dose group(4 g/kg)and high dose group(8 g/kg)of water extract of Chaenomeles speciosa.Alcoholic fatty liver model of mice was made by intragastric administration of water extract of Chaenomeles speciosa and 56%Red star Erguotou for 30 consecutive days(first by intragastric administration of water extract of Sichuan papaya and 56%red star Erguotou half an hour later).The activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),the contents of triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in serum,and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in liver homogenate were determined.Results TC,TG,ALT,AST and MDA in alcohol model group were higher than those in blank group,and SOD activity was lower than that in blank control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with model group,medium dose group and high dose group of water extract of Chaenomeles speciosa significantly reduced the contents of ALT,AST,TG and TC in serum of mice,and significantly increased the activity of SOD,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Water extract of Chaenomeles speciosa can reduce alcoholic fatty liver in mice.
