This paper summarizes the experience of traditional Chinese medicine combined with fistula resection and suture in the treatment of male plasma cell mastitis,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of male plasma cell mastitis.For male patients with plasma cell mastitis,syndrome differentiation and traditional Chinese medicine treatment shall be given in the acute stage.The inflammation shall be limited and the mass shall be reduced.After the inflammation is limited and the mass redness and swelling subside,fistula resection shall be given.After operation,traditional Chinese medicine shall be used to dredge the milk collaterals,activate blood circulation and eliminate fat.We believe that traditional Chinese medicine combined with fistulectomy in the treatment of male plasma cell mastitis can significantly shorten the course of disease,with remarkable curative effect,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
