“冬病夏治”三伏贴治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of “Winter Disease and Summer Treatment” Sanfu Paste in the Treatment of Children with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:系统评价“冬病夏治”三伏贴治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:检索CNKI、维普、万方、CBM、Pubmed、Cochrane Library、Embase电子数据库,查找“冬病夏治”三伏贴治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的随机对照研究(RCT)文献,根据纳入和排除标准对检索出的文献进行筛选,并对符合纳入标准的文献采用Cochrane量表进行偏倚风险评估以及进一步的提取资料。用Revman 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇RCT文献,其中包含了861例患儿,接受“冬病夏治”三伏贴治疗组患儿临床有效率[OR=4.20,95%CI(2.72,6.49),P<0.00001],鼻痒积分[MD=-0.25,95%CI(-0.35,-0.14),P<0.00001],喷嚏积分[MD=-0.19,95%CI(-0.30,-0.08),P=0.0005],复发率[OR=0.31,95%CI(0.19,0.49),P<0.00001]明显优于对照组,并具有统计学意义,而鼻塞和流涕积分差异无统计学意义。结论:“冬病夏治”三伏贴治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎具有良好的临床疗效,但因纳入文献存在一定的局限性,仍需要高质量临床RCT研究来验证。

Objective To systematically reviews the clinical efficacy of “Winter Disease and Summer Treatment” Sanfu Paste in the treating children with allergic rhinitis.Methods Electronic databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,Pubmed,Cochrane Library,and Embase were searched for studies with randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with the “Winter Disease and Summer Treatment” Sanfu Paste.The resulting studies were validated according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the Cochrane score was used to assess the risk of bias,the next step was to extract data from studies that met the inclusion criteria.Meta-analysis was performed with Revman 5.4 software.Results A total of 9 RCT studies were included,which included 861 pediatric patients.In children treated with “Winter Disease and Summer Treatment” Sanfu Paste,such as The clinical effective rate [OR=4.20,95% CI(2.72,6.49),P<0.00001],nasal itching score [MD=-0.25,95% CI(-0.35,-0.14),P<0.00001],sneezing score [MD=-0.19,95% CI(-0.30,-0.08),P=0.0005],relapse score [OR=0.31,95% CI(0.19,0.49),P<0.00001],was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance;There was no statistically significant difference in nasal congestion and runny nose scores.Conclusion “Winter Disease and Summer Treatment” Sanfu Paste has a good clinical effect in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis,but due to the limitations of the included literature,high-quality clinical RCT studies are still needed to verify it.
