电针结合等速肌力训练治疗创伤性膝关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Electroacupuncture Combined with Isokinetic Muscle Strength Training in the Treatment of Post-Traumatic Osteoarthritis of Knee

摘要 目的:观察电针结合等速肌力训练对创伤性膝关节炎的影响。方法:将2019年6月至2021年6月治疗的90例患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组行电针治疗,研究组行电针联合等速肌力运动训练治疗。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、膝关节功能评分等。结果:治疗后,研究组(95.56%)总有效率显著高于对照组(68.89%)(P<0.05);两组VAS评分、WOMAC评分、IL-1β、TNF-α、VEGF均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组Lysholm评分、伸肌、屈肌60°/s、180°/s峰力矩及总做功、SF-36评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合等速肌力训练能有效治疗创伤性膝关节炎患者,缓解疼痛,改善关节功能、生活质量,减轻炎症反应。 Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with isokinetic muscle strength training on post-traumatic osteoarthritis of knee.Methods A total of 90 patients treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received electroacupuncture,and the research group received electroacupuncture combined with isokinetic muscle strength training.Clinical efficacy,visual analog scale(VAS)and knee function scores were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of research group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that of control group(68.89%)(P<0.05);VAS score,WOMAC score,IL-1β,TNF-αand VEGF were decreased in both groups,and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Lysholm score,extensor and flexor 60°/s,torque peak 180°/s,total function score and SF-36 score were increased in both groups,and the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with isokinetic muscle strength training can effectively treat traumatic knee arthritis,relieve pain,improve joint function,quality of life and reduce inflammatory response.
