金融促进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效融合研究

Research on the Effective Integration of Inclusive Finance to Promote Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization

以湖南省县域数据作为分析样本,探究普惠金融对脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效融合的作用。首先使用熵权法对湖南省县域乡村振兴水平进行测度,结合普惠金融指数对其潜在关系进行可视化分析,结果显示普惠金融与乡村振兴存在一定的依存关系;进一步构建系统GMM模型进行实证分析,认为普惠金融可通过多维度影响乡村振兴水平从而促进其有效融合;最后由门槛回归模型发现普惠金融在促进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效融合的过程中满足“效率门槛”。

This paper uses the data of Counties in Hunan province as an analysis sample to explore the effective integration of inclusive finance on poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Firstly,the entropy right method was used to measure the level of rural revitalization in Hunan province,and the potential relationship between the inclusive finance index was visually analyzed,and the results showed that there was a certain dependence relationship between inclusive finance and rural revitalization;further construction of the systematic GMM model for empirical analysis,it was believed that inclusive finance can affect the level of rural revitalization in multiple dimensions to promote its effective integration;finally,the threshold regression model found that inclusive finance met the"efficiency threshold"in the process of promoting the effective integration of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
