基于专业英语听、说、读、写能力与创新能力综合提升的环境工程进展(全英)课程教学改革探索与实践

面对全球经济一体化发展及新一轮科技革命,在新工科建设背景下,培养具有国际视野、具有创新和实践能力、掌握学科前沿的卓越复合型工程人才是关键。教学团队根据人才培养的需求,针对传统环境工程专业英语课程教学中存在的问题进行全新的改革,建设环境工程进展(全英)课程。该文将从课程教学内容的先进性和指导性、多元化教学模式和方法、听说读写综合考评体系以及综合科研能力训练计划等几个方面介绍课程的改革探索与实践,期望不断提升教学质量,从而培养出具有国际视野的新工科环境工程卓越复合型人才。

Facing the development of global economic integration and a new round of scientific and technological revolution as well as under the background of construction of Emerging Engineering,it is crucial to cultivate outstanding interdisciplinary engineering talents with international vision,innovation and practical ability,and mastery of the frontier of disciplines.According to the requirements of talent training,the teaching team has carried out a brand new reform to solve the problems existing in the teaching of traditional Environmental Engineering Professional English,and built an Advances in Environmental Engineering(in English)course.This study will introduce the reform exploration and practice of this course in the following aspects,including the advance and guidance of the teaching contents,diversified teaching mode and method,comprehensive assessment system of listening,speaking,reading and writing abilities,and comprehensive scientific research ability training program.The aim of this study is to improve the teaching quality of this course through continuous reform,and to cultivate outstanding interdisciplinary talents with international vision.
