摘要
在我国实施“乡村振兴战略”和倡导“大众创业,万众创新”的背景下,分析安徽省农民创业活动影响因素影响至关重要。本文基于2013—2019年安徽省农民创业活动面板数据,采用灰色关联度模型和多元回归模型对安徽省农民创业活动进行研究,研究结论表明:(1)从面板数据综合关联度来看,安徽省农民创业综合关联系数最高的是农村财政支出规模,并呈现正向影响;(2)从回归结果来看,农村财政支出规模、城市化程度对安徽省农民创业活动存在显著正向影响作用;城乡居民收入比、工业化程度对安徽省农民创业活动存在显著负向影响作用。最后根据研究结论提出扩大农业财政支持力度,解决农民创业的后顾之忧;缩小城乡发展差距,为农村营造良好的创业氛围;发挥区域优势,因地制宜促进农民创业的对策建议。
Under the background of implementing"Rural Revitalization Strategy"and advocating"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",it is crucial to analyze the influencing factors of farmers'entrepreneurial activities in Anhui province.Based on the panel data of farmers'entrepreneurial activities in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2019,this paper uses grey correlation model and multiple regression model to study farmers'entrepreneurial activities in Anhui Province,and the research conclusions show that:(1)From the comprehensive correlation degree of panel data,the highest comprehensive correlation coefficient of farmers'entrepreneurship in Anhui Province is the scale of rural fiscal expenditure,which has a positive impact;(2)From the regression results,the scale of rural fiscal expenditure and the degree of urbanization have a significant positive impact on farmers'entrepreneurial activities in Anhui Province;The income ratio of urban and rural residents and the degree of industrialization have a significant negative effect on entrepreneurship in Anhui Province.Finally,according to the conclusions of the study proposed to expand agricultural financial support to solve the worries of farmers'entrepreneurship,narrowing the gap between urban and rural development,and create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere for rural areas,suggestions on giving full play to regional advantages and promoting farmers'entrepreneurship according to local conditions.
