基于创新生态系统的地方科技成果转化的困境与出路——以滁州市为例

The Dilemma and the Way out of the Transformation of Local Scientific and Technological Achievements based on the Innovation Ecosystem——Taking Chuzhou City as an example

当前,我国的科技成果转化活动持续活跃,成果颇丰。但科技成果转化率较低的问题依然存在。本文基于创新生态系统视角,通过构建地方科技成果转化的创新生态系统模型,对滁州市在科技成果转化中面临的科技成果供应质量不高、创新主体间纵深合作不够和科技成果评价体系不健全等问题进行分析,并提出推动创新主体平衡发展、打造创新生态共同体和健全科技成果评价体系等建议,以期为我国地方科技成果转化提供借鉴。

At present,the transformation activities of scientific and technological achievements in China continue to be active and fruitful.However,the problem of the low transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements still exists.Based on the innovation ecosystem perspective,this paper analyzes the problems faced by Chuzhou city in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,such as low quality of scientific and technological achievements supply,insufficient deep cooperation among innovation subjects,and unsound evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements,by constructing an innovation ecosystem model for the transformation of local scientific and technological achievements,and puts forward suggestions to promote the balanced development of innovation subjects,build an innovation ecological community and sound evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements,to provide reference for the transformation of local scientific and technological achievements in China.
