疫情常态化背景下高校辅导员在学生管理工作中的问题分析及对策

新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来,高校学生经历了从突发疫情期间学生居家隔离线上管理到常态化防疫形势下的学校管理,高校辅导员的学生管理工作也突显出新的问题与挑战,集中体现在心理健康问题、沟通协调机制、思想政治教育和安全防范管理等四个方面。为保障高校学生在疫情常态化期间的安全健康和学习生活,需要从分级心理干预,提高沟通效率,坚定学生理想信念和预先统筹部署等方面开展辅导员的学生管理工作,具体可以通过建立在线服务平台,构建多元沟通模式,凝练伟大抗疫精神和组建联合防控体系等措施实施,加强学生管理,努力培养和造就新时代人才。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19,college students have experienced from the online management of isolated students at home during the outbreak to the school management under the situation of normalized epidemic prevention.The student management of college counselors has also highlighted new problems and challenges.It is mainly reflected in four aspects:mental health problems,communication and coordination mechanism,ideological and political education and safety prevention management.To fully ensure the safety,health,study and life of students in the period of regular epidemic prevention and control,it is necessary to carry out the student management of counselors from the aspects of hierarchical psychological intervention,improving communication efficiency,strengthening students'ideals and beliefs,and making overall arrangements in advance.Specifically,it can be implemented by establishing online service platforms,building multiple communication models,refining the great anti epidemic spirit,and establishing a joint prevention and control system to strengthen student management and strive to cultivate and cultivate talents in the new era.
