摘要
“互联网+”视域下“双创”师资的培养成效是直接制约高校“双创”教育发展能否行稳致远的关键,因而各高校对“双创”师资培养纷纷重点关注和持续投入,但培养成效如何尚缺乏针对性的评价研究。基于此,以南昌工程学院为例,综合运用德尔菲法、层次分析法、系统分析法、模糊数学法从理论水平、实践能力、业绩取得、内外评价四维层面设计综合的评价指标体系,并依托各相邻层级指标建立不同的判断矩阵,进而计算矩阵权重。通过权重比较得到同一层级的各指标对制约和影响上一级指标成效表现的主次重要性,并据此提出针对性的“互联网+双创”师资成效提升策略。
From the perspective of"Internet Plus",the training effectiveness of"innovation and entrepreneurship"instructors is directly related to the steady and long-term development of"innovation and entrepreneurship"education in universities.Therefore,universities have focused on and continuously invested in the cultivation of"innovation and entrepreneurship"instructors,but there is still a lack of targeted evaluation studies on the training effectiveness.With Nanchang Institute of Technology as an example,this paper integrates four methods,namely Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,system analysis and fuzzy mathematics method,and designs a comprehensive evaluation index system from four dimensions of the theoretical level,practical ability,achievement obtained,and internal and external evaluation.Then different judgment matrices between indicators of adjacent levels are established,and the weight of the different matrices are calculated.Through weight comparison,the primary and secondary importance of each index at the same level to restrict and influence the performance of the upper level index is obtained,and the targeted strategies for improving the training effectiveness of"Internet Plus and innovation and entrepreneurship"instructors are proposed.
