摘要
“双师型”名师工作室是职业教育发展的新产物,也是一种新型的学习型组织,其建设理路有待进一步探索。以广东省徐言生名师工作室建设为例,从德技并修、任务驱动、制度保障、平台依托、教改聚力、协作发展等几方面阐述名师工作室建设理路与实践过程,同时就工作室建设过程中反应出来的问题进行总结分析,并就如何进一步优化建设体制、完善激励机制、加强协同效应等方面对工作室建设提出建议。
"Double-qualified"famous teachers'studio is a new product of the development of vocational education and a new type of learning organization,and its construction theory needs further exploration.Taking the construction of the Xu Yansheng's famous teachers'studio in Guangdong Province as an example,this paper expounds the theory and practice process of the construction of the famous teachers'studio from several aspects as follows:the combination of morality and competency,task driven,system guarantee,platform support,educational reform cohesion,and collaborative development.At the same time,it summarizes and analyzes the problems found in the construction of the studio,and puts forward some suggestions on how to further optimize the construction system,improve the incentive mechanism and strengthen the synergy effect.
