跨界融合背景下工业互联网技术专业师资队伍建设模式研究

摘要 工业互联网产业需要新一代信息技术产业人才,人才的需求不再是单一学科、单一领域,而是跨界、高技能型复合人才。工业互联网技术是多学科专业的融合体,其专业具有“跨专业、跨领域”的特点。通过对工业互联网技术专业建设现状调研,对跨界融合背景下适应智能化、数字化工业新环境教师队伍进行分析,探讨如何解决工业互联网技术专业师资队伍能力进化和组织重构的问题,提出“两重构、两支撑”师资建设模式,形成跨界融合的师资团队,推进职业本科高水平专业的建设,助力工业智能化数字化转型升级。 A new generation of information technology talents featuring multi-discipline background and high skills instead of single-discipline and single-field are needed in the industrial Internet field.Industrial Internet Technology is a multidisciplinary program with cross-professional and cross-field characteristics.Based on the investigation of the status quo of the construction of Industrial Internet Technology program,this paper analyzes the teaching staff'adaptation to the new environment of intelligent and digital industry under the background of cross-border integration.It probes into the issue of the teaching staff'capability evolution and organization restructuring,and puts forward"two-reconstruction and twosupport"teaching staff construction mode.In so doing,cross-border integrated teaching staff team is ready to be formed,the construction of high-level programs for undergraduate education in vocational colleges is ready to be carried forward,and the transformation and upgrading of industrial intelligentization and digitalization is ready to be realized.
