超长泄槽底板抗冲磨混凝土修复施工技术研究与应用

摘要 云南某水电站的溢洪道泄槽基础混凝土与底板抗冲磨混凝土受长间歇浇筑的影响,溢洪道运行几年后,在高速水流和空蚀作用下,溢流面斜坡段和圆弧段超长泄槽底板抗冲磨混凝土遭到水毁破坏严重。针对泄槽修复技术要求高,结构形式复杂及施工工艺难度大等特点,通过分析超长泄槽底板的破坏机理,从抗冲磨混凝土施工、修复工艺、施工质量控制等方面进行了较为系统的技术研究和应用,工程实践结果表明,泄槽底板修复效果良好。 As the foundation concrete and abrasion resistance concrete of spillway chute of a hydropower station in Yunnan Province are affected by long intermittent pouring,the abrasion resistance concrete of spillway chute bottom slab in slope section and arc section is seriously damaged by water under the action of high-speed flow and cavitation erosion after several year operations.Aiming at the repair of spillway chute with the characteristics of high technical requirements,complex structural form and difficult construction technology,the failure mechanism of super-long chute bottom slab is analyzed,and the systematic technical research and application are carried out from the aspects of abrasion resistant concrete construction,repair technology and construction quality control.The engineering practice results show that the repair effect of chute bottom slab is good.The results of engineering practice show that the repair effect of bottom slab of spillway chute is good.
