新中国成立初期云南省民族工作队考察

作为边疆省份的云南省拥有二十多个少数民族,且地处西南边陲,由于历史原因,新中国成立初期的云南省民族工作面临严峻形势,承受着很大压力。云南省委省政府在内地政权基本巩固后,开始抽调大批人员组成民族工作队开赴边疆。在党的正确领导和马克思主义民族理论的指引下,来自不同背景的队员入境问俗,以实干赢得群众信任。通过民族工作队的努力,各族人民亲如一家,打破了过去民族间的隔阂,群众生活条件逐渐改善,各少数民族当家作主的觉悟得到提高,一批少数民族干部也在民族工作队的培养下成长起来。云南民族工作队的工作为新时代我国边疆地区的治理提供了有益启示。

Yunnan Province has more than 20 ethnic minorities and is located in the southwest border.Due to historical reasons,the ethnic work in Yunnan Province in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China faced a severe situation and under great pressure.After the consolidation of power in the mainland,Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government began to transfer a large number of people to form a national task force to the border areas.Under the guidance of the correct leadership of the Party and the Marxist national theory,the team members from different backgrounds have become accustomed to the situation and won the trust of the masses through practical work.Through the efforts of the National Task Force,the people of all ethnic groups are close to each other,breaking the gap between the ethnic groups in the past,improving the living conditions of the masses,improving the awareness of the ethnic minorities to be masters of their own affairs,and a number of ethnic minority cadres have also grown up under the training of the National Task Force.The work of Yunnan National Task Force has provided beneficial enlightenment for the governance of China's border areas in the new era.
