摘要
从商品经济到服务及体验经济,消费者对文创产品差异化提出了更高的需求,更加看重服务和个性化。文章通过整理目前河南博物院文创IP教育服务产品的现状,从用户需求出发,探索以河南博物院馆藏文物为主题的文创产品服务设计新思路。通过河南博物馆文创产品的资料和现场考察,对产品设计、生产工艺、用户需求等方面进行调研,运用服务设计理念改进河南博物院文创IP产品设计,并进行设计验证,最终构建基于服务设计理念河南博物院文创IP产品设计策略和实现路径,为本土非物质文化遗产的保护及文创产品的服务设计理念提供新思路和新方法。
From the commodity economy to the service and experience economy,consumers have a higher need for differentiation of creative products and value service and individualization more.Research on the design of cultural and intellectual property products of Henan Museum based on the concept of service design.This paper summarizes the current status of the cultural and intellectual property educational service products in Henan Museum,and explores new ideas on the design of cultural and creative product services based on the cultural heritage of Henan Museum.Through the materials and field trips of the Henan Museum,the design,production technology and user demand of the products are investigated,and the design of the Henan Museum is improved and validated.Finally,we construct the design strategy and implementation path based on the service design concept of Henan Museum,and provide new ideas and methods for the protection of intangible cultural heritage and the service design concept of cultural and creative products.
