产品设计专业实训环节问题与对策研究

产品设计专业应用型人才培养重点在于与岗位衔接度挂钩的产品设计应用技能的培养,其中产品设计实训环节的材料与工艺硬件设备建设难度大是痛点之一。产品设计开发从草图方案创意到实物产品的转化,其可行性依赖于设计者对相关产品材料、加工工艺、制作流程的熟悉和掌握;对产品设计相关材料工艺知识和制作技能的培训依托于配套的硬件设备配置来完成。文章针对以上问题提出产品设计专业实训环节的两个痛点:其一、材料与工艺硬件设备建设难度大;其二、校企合作的利益关系分配问题影响合作深度。解决问题并提出对策:“借壳”“横向+商业产出”,目的为:实现产品设计专业校企合作的利益关系分配的优化、落实安徽地方应用型高校人才服务区域经济、推进安徽融入长三角一体化建设。

The training of applied talents of product design specialty focuses on the training of product design application skills linked to the degree of post connection,among which the difficulty in the construction of materials and process hardware equipment in the product design training link is one of the pain points.The feasibility of product design and development from the idea of sketch scheme to the transformation of physical products depends on the designer's familiarity and mastery of relevant product materials,processing technology and manufacturing process.The training of material process knowledge and manufacturing skills related to product design depends on the configuration of supporting hardware equipment.This paper has put forward two pain points in the training of product design specialty:the difficulty in the construction of materials and process hardware equipment,and the interest distribution of school enterprise cooperation affects the depth of cooperation,and put forward targeted countermeasures:“backdoor”“horizontal+commercial output”school enterprise cooperation platform construction.This paper discusses the optimization of benefit distribution of school enterprise cooperation in product design specialty,the original intention of talent training in local application-oriented universities to serve the regional economy and the integration of Anhui into the Yangtze River Delta.
