基于ADAMS的温室作业柔性移动底盘仿真与实验

摘要 针对温室作业机械化程度低的问题,设计了一款可以改变轮距地隙,并适应狭小作业空间和多种地形的温室作业柔性移动底盘。首先对底盘结构和关键部分进行了设计。其次对工作原理进行说明,阐述优势。然后使用ADAMS建立虚拟机仿真,建立路面模型,分别进行直行性能和转向性能的实验。最后制作原理机,进行性能实验,验证设计方案在原理上的可行性,为后续制作样机提供基础。 Aiming at the low mechanization degree of greenhouse operation,a flexible mobile chassis for greenhouse operation is designed,which can change the wheelbase ground clearance and adapt to narrow working space and various terrains.Firstly,the structure and key parts of the chassis are designed;Secondly,the working principle is explained and the advantages are elaborated.Then,ADAMS is used to build virtual machine simulation,build road surface model,and the experiments are conducted for straight line driving performance and steering performance respectively.Finally,the principle machine is made,and the performance experiments are conducted to verify the feasibility of the design scheme in principle,which provide the basis for the subsequent production of the prototype.
