摘要 为克服传统的水面落叶清理方式的缺点,提升水面落叶清理的工作效率,提高经济性。设计了一种水面落叶清理机器人,通过内缸上下往复移动和顺时针与逆时针摆动,从而实现了收集水面落叶和自动排水的目的,使得能够对水面落叶不断地进行清理和收集。该水面落叶清理机器人工作效率高,经济性好,避免了传统人工打捞成本高和受天气影响打捞效果不好的问题。对清理机器人的主要承载固定锥进行了静力学仿真,确保了方案的安全性和可靠性。 In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional method,improve the efficiency and economy of water surface defoliation cleaning,a cleaning robot for water surface defoliation is designed.By moving the inner cylinder up and down and swinging clockwise and counterclockwise,it realizes the purpose of collecting defoliation on water surface and automatic drainage,so that it can continuously clean and collect defoliation on water surface.This cleaning robot for water surface defoliation has high working efficiency and is economic,and avoids the problems of high cost of traditional manual salvage and poor salvage effect due to weather.The statics simulation of the main load-bearing fixed cone of the cleaning robot is carried out to ensure the safety and reliability of the scheme.
