2023年1月,集运市场仍然下跌,春节前的货运小高峰并未出现。需求方面,据CTS统计,2022年1月至11月全球集装箱海运量同比减少3.6%。其中,亚欧线去程方向减少9.2%,跨太平洋线去程方向减少6.1%。美国2022年12月零售销售环比减少1.1%,创下2022年最大环比降幅。JP Morgan发布的2022年12月全球制造业PMI跌至48.6,其中出口订单指数跌至46.1。这些数据均表明集运市场短期需求仍然不振。
The container shipping market continued falling in January 2023 and the expected little peak before the Spring Festival didn’t occur.Demand According to Container Trades Statistics,global seaborne container volume dropped 3.6%YoY in the first 11 months of 2022.The trade volume on Asia-Europe outward route dropped 9.2%YoY while that on the Trans-Pacific outward route dropped 6.1%YoY.In December 2022,retail sales in the U.S.decreased by 1.1%MoM,the largest monthly decline of the year.Global PMI in December 2022 fell to 48.6 and new export order index fell to 46.1 as released by JP Morgan.All these data indicated short-term demand remained weak in the container shipping market.
