摘要
锂离子电池的电解液是一种锂盐的有机溶液。目前锂离子电池所采用的有机电解液主要是以碳酸乙烯酯(EC)和碳酸丙烯酯(PC)等为溶剂,以六氟磷酸锂(LiPF6)等锂盐为溶质,并添加适当添加剂所构成。为了改善锂离子电池某些特性,需要添加少量的功能性添加剂。研究开发比较多的锂离子电池添加剂有成膜添加剂、导电添加剂、阻燃添加剂以及耐过充添加剂。本文主要概述氟代碳酸乙烯酯在低温锂离子电池液体电解液开发中的应用,以供开发低温锂离子电池的研究人员参考。
The electrolyte of a lithium-ion battery is an organic solution of lithium salts.At present,the organic electrolyte used in lithium-ion batteries is mainly composed of ethyl carbonate(EC)and propylene carbonate(PC)as solvents,lithium salts such as lithium hexafluorophosphate(LiPF6)as solutes,and appropriate additives.In order to improve some characteristics of lithium-ion batteries,it is necessary to add small amounts of functional additives.The lithium-ion battery additives that are more researched and developed include film-forming additives,conductive additives,flame retardant additives and overcharge resistant additives.This paper mainly summarizes the application of fluoroethylene carbonate in the development of liquid electrolytes for low-temperature lithium-ion batteries,for the reference of researchers developing low-temperature lithium-ion batteries.
