摘要
齿轮箱广泛应用于挖泥船中,针对挖泥船泥泵齿轮箱维修问题,通过应用振动监测技术,结合耙吸挖泥船泥泵齿轮箱维修案例,分析了齿轮啮合不平行与轴承弯曲2种故障的频谱图,准确诊断出泥泵齿轮箱故障,根据诊断结果制定了准确的维修计划,实现精准维修,验证了振动监测技术在泥泵齿轮箱故障诊断中的应用可行性。基于振动监测技术提出了“预知性维修”理念,弥补了“定期维修”和“事后维修”的不足,该技术的成功应用可以对齿轮箱的健康状态进行动态监测,在保证设备安全运行情况下提高了齿轮箱的使用寿命,经济效益显著。
Gear box is widely used in dredgers.For maintenance of dredge pump gearboxes,the spectrograms of unparallel gear engagement and bearing bending are analyzed to accurately diagnose the faults in dredge pump gearboxes with the vibration monitoring technology and based on the repair and maintenance of the gearboxes in dredge pumps on a trailing suction hopper dredger,Based on the results of the diagnosis,an accurate maintenance plan is formulated to achieve accurate maintenance and the feasibility of the application of the vibration monitoring technology is verified in the diagnosis of faults in dredge pump gearboxes.A concept of'predictive maintenance'is formulated based on the vibration monitoring technology,which makes up for the deficiencies in'regular maintenance'and'post maintenance'.The successful application of the technology can dynamically monitor the health status of a gearbox and improve the service life of the gearbox under the conditions ensuring the safe operation of the equipment,with significant economic benefits.
