复合土质疏浚施工关键技术研究

摘要 在进行新港池开辟时,常常会遇到多种类型的土质复合在一起的情况,绞吸挖泥船在进行这类复合土质施工时往往效率较低,不能充分发挥船机设备的性能。依托莱基深水港工程,针对复合土质重新优化了绞吸船的挖掘系统和输送系统。经过在实际工程中应用,发现通过采用新型5臂绞刀挖掘系统、新型高效泥泵及复合材料输泥管线等措施能够大大提高绞吸船的施工效率和时间利用率,对节约成本和发挥船舶性能有重要意义。 When opening the basin and channel for a new port,composite soil containing various types of soils is often encountered and a cutter suction dredger is often low in its efficiency when dredging in this type of composite soil,failing to give full play to the performance of the dredger and its machinery and equipment.Based on the Lekki Deep Water Port Project,the dredging system and the conveying system of a cutter suction dredger were re-optimized for dredging in composite soil.After application of the technology in the practical project,it is found that the dredging efficiency and time utilization rate of a cutter suction dredger can be greatly improved by adopting a new five-arm cutter excavation system,new high-efficiency mud pumps and a composite material pipeline for conveyingsoil,etc.,which is of great significance in saving cost and giving full play to the performance of a dredger.
