Zhang Zhenzhu’s Experience and Practice in Controlling Small Watershed

柳林县长峪村张振珠小流域,承包于1986年,经过三十余年持续不断治理,综合运用生物、工程措施,治理水土流失面积约16 hm2,取得明显成效,实现自给自足的滚动循环发展,形成了较为完善的水土流失综合防护体系。总结出户包小流域—调动积极性、拍卖四荒—吃下定心丸、沟域经济—循环上台阶三条经验与做法。

In the small watershed of ZhangZhenzhu,Changyu Village in Liulin County,through the three stages of household contracting small watershed-mobilizing enthusiasm,auctioning the four kinds wasteland-taking reassurance,and valley economy-promoting circulation,more than 16 hectares of soil and water loss area have been controlled by comprehensive biological and engineering measures,and the self-sustaining rolling cycle development has been realized,forming a relatively perfect comprehensive protection system of soil and water loss.This paper introduces the main practices and experiences of Zhang Zhenzhu’s small watershed management.
