摘要
通过分析老年服务与管理专业人才培养现状和存在的问题,从加强顶层设计创建人才迅速成长的环境,以养老模式确立人才培养定位,加强专业内涵建设,尽快构建我国老年服务与管理理论和实践教育体系等方面进行探索。
By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the training of elderly service and management professionals,this paper explores from the following aspects:strengthening the top-level design to create an environment for rapid growth of personnel,establishing the orientation of personnel training with the pension model,strengthening the construction of professional connotation,and constructing the theoretical and practical education system of senior service and management in China as soon as possible.
