Analysis of Psychological Education in Vocational Colleges under the Perspective of"Three Comprehensive Education"

从构建“三全”心理育人体系的意义出发,分析目前职业院校心理育人工作现状:全员育人参与度较低、全过程育人存在断点、全方位育人未成型等。推进“三全育人”视角下的职业院校心理育人工作,需要健全机制,拓展主体,建设全员育人的组织系统;遵循规律,重点突出,铸牢有效衔接的全过程育人链条;发掘资源,创新形式,构建多方联动的全方位育人网络。

Starting from the significance of constructing the"three comprehensive"psychological education system,the paper analyzes the current situation of psychological education in vocational colleges:the participation of full education is low,the whole process education is broken,and the all-round education is not formed.To promote the psychological education of vocational colleges under the perspective of"three comprehensive education",it is necessary to improve the mechanism,expand the main body,build the organization system of all staff education,follow the rules,build the whole-process education chain,explore resources,innovate forms,thus building a multi-round education network.
