教学医院带教护士对网约护理服务的认知研究

Study of Teaching Nurses' Perceptions of Online Nursing Services in Teaching Hospital

采用便利抽样的方法选取445名教学医院临床带教护士,采用自编“天使有约”问卷进行调查,用SPSS AU在线统计平台进行统计分析,以调查临床带教护士对网约护理服务的认知情况,为探索院外延续护理的新尝试提供实证。研究表明,临床护士对网约护理服务持肯定态度,对常见护理操作的上门服务有一定自信,但较为关注自身安全、法律保障等问题。提示在开展网约护理服务时要考虑到服务者安全、费用、服务项目及距离等问题,完善相关法律法规。

445 clinical teaching nurses in teaching hospitals were selected through random sampling,and a self-made questionnaire"Angel has an appointment"was used to conduct a statistical analysis using the SPSS AU online statistical platform,to investigate the clinical teaching nurses'perceptions of online nursing services and to provide evidence for exploring new attempts of out-of-hospital extended care.The research showed that clinical nurses had positive attitude toward online nursing services and were confident about home services of common nursing procedures but were more concerned about their self-safety and legal protection.It is suggested that issues such as service provider safety,cost,items,and distance should be considered when developing online nursing services,and relevant laws and regulations should be improved.
