调查西安地区独立院校护理本科生考研意愿的影响因素,为培养高素质护理人才提供参考。研究显示,应针对不同学生的特点,加强学生自我驱动力教育。同时要注意,考研意向和所在年级可以影响学生的考研意愿,自我效能感可影响考研意愿的考研准备、考研效能感。

This paper investigated the influencing factors of nursing undergraduates'willingness to take part in postgraduate entrance examination in independent colleges in Xi'an,so as to provide reference for training high-quality nursing personnels.The research shows that students'self-driving force education should be strengthened according to the characteristics of different students.At the same time,it should be noted that the intention and grade of postgraduate entrance examination can affect students'willingness to take postgraduate entrance examination,and self-efficacy can affect the preparation and self-efficacy of postgraduate entrance examination.
