摘要
调查高职实习护生突发公共卫生事件应急能力现状及影响因素。结果显示,高职实习护生突发公共卫生事件应急能力整体处于中上水平,护理教育者应根据护生实习期间是否参加过突发公共卫生事件应急演练、家庭关系、将来工作中碰到突发公共卫生事件是否愿意去一线、实习期间是否参加过突发公共卫生事件应急救援活动等因素设计合理、有效的课程体系和考核体系,以促进护生突发公共卫生事件应急能力的提升。
To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of emergency response ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.The results showed that the emergency response ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges was above the middle level,nursing educators should design a reasonable and effective curriculum system and assessment system according to the factors such as whether the nursing students have participated in the emergency drill of public health emergencies or family relationship,whether they are willing to go to the front line when they encounter public health emergencies in their future work,and whether they have participated in the emergency rescue activities of public health emergencies during their internship,in order to promote the emergency response ability of nursing students to public health emergencies.
