摘要
从实际生产的角度,针对高压油泵排气阀体的断裂问题,阐述了失效分析和解决的过程。在接到生产线报警后,首先锁定排气阀体断裂的失效模式,使用质量分析工具快速排除异常点,并制定短期围堵措施;然后根据残骸分析法,对失效件进行宏观和微观的观察和分析,找出失效的根本原因;最后,根据失效的根本原因,结合零件的工作条件,确定长期解决方案,同时还验证了解决方案的有效性。
It records the process of failure analysis and solution for the fracture of exhaust valve body of high-pressure pump from the perspective of actual production.After receiving the production line alarm,engineers and technicians first lock the failure mode of exhaust valve body fracture,and then use quality analysis tools to quickly eliminate abnormal points and develop short-term containment measures;Then,according to the remains analysis,the material engineer observes and analyzes the failure parts macroscopically and microscopically to find out the root cause of failure.Finally,the product design engineer determines a long-term solution based on the root cause of the failure,combined with the working conditions of the part,and verifies the effectiveness of the solution.
