元素、逻辑、路径:高校就业创业课程中“课程思政”建设思考——基于就业形势政策的视角

摘要 认清就业形势、了解就业政策、熟悉就业环境是进行大学生就业创业指导的前提条件。通过将理想信念、家国情怀、人文情怀、科学精神融入大学生就业与创业指导课程,引导学生树立个人理想与祖国需要相契合的就业理念,端正就业态度,明确就业目标,提升就业能力,为增强大学生的创新精神、创造意识和创业能力奠定基础,探索思政教育与专业教育的内在逻辑,实现专业教育与思政教育融合,共同推动学生的职业精神培养。 A clear understanding of employment situation, understanding of employment policy and familiarity with employment context are the prerequisites for guiding university students to seek for employment and entrepreneurship. As such, in this article it is argued that we need to integrate ideals and beliefs, national identity, humanistic feelings, and scientific spirit into the course of Employment and Entrepreneurship for university students, and guide students to establish an employment concept of matching their personal ideals with the grass-roots level that is most needed by the motherland, adopt correct employment attitude, set clear employment goals and improve employment ability. In order to lay the foundation for enhancing students’ innovative spirit, creative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability, we also need to explore the internal logic of ideological and political education and professional education, realize the integration of professional education and ideological and political education, and jointly promote the cultivation of students’ professional spirit.
