高校学生党员综合素质现状研究——以A大学学生党员为例

Study of the Comprehensive Quality of Student Party Members of the CPC in Higher Education——A Case Study of the CPC of A University

高校学生党员是学生群体中的优秀分子,学生党员的综合素质和社会评价关系着高校立德树人的质量。以东部地区A大学学生党员为主要调查对象,设计调查问卷,研究学生党员的综合素质和社会评价现状。数据显示,高校学生党员综合素质明显高于非学生党员,所获得的社会评价也较高,充分证明高校学生党员的发展与培养效果明显。同时也发现了学生党员存在着对相关理论的自主学习意识低、工作积极性有待提高、缺乏实践锻炼机会等问题,提出在源头上增强大学生对党的认知、激励机制与约束机制结合、丰富培养方案拓展活动类型的建议。

The student party members of the Communist Party of China(CPC) in universities are outstanding members in the student group. The comprehensive quality and social evaluation of student party members of the CPC are related to the quality of moral education in universities. Taking student party members of A university in Chinese eastern region as the main survey subject, we designed questionnaires to study the comprehensive quality and social evaluation status of student party members of the CPC. The data shows that the comprehensive quality of student party members of the CPC in the university was significantly higher than that of non-student party members, and the social evaluation they receive was also higher, which fully proves that the development and cultivation of student party members in universities is effective. At the same time, the data also reveals that student party members had low awareness of independent learning of relevant theories, low level of work enthusiasm, and insufficient practical training opportunities. In view of the above problems, in this article we put forward some suggestions including enhancing university students’ cognition of the CPC at source, combining the incentive mechanism with the constraint mechanism, enriching the content of training programs, and expanding the categories of activities.
