我国不同牧场间生牛乳碘质量分数差异及原因分析

摘要 为探究我国本土化养殖管理模式下不同牧场间生牛乳碘的质量分数的差异及主要原因,本研究选取不同地区的20个牧场作为研究对象,调研其使用的乳头药浴液的含碘情况,检测其生牛乳、饲料原料和饮用水中碘的质量分数,并作差异性分析。结果显示,20个牧场生牛乳中碘的质量分数在0.26~0.61mg/kg之间,平均值为0.39mg/kg,除个别牧场外,大多数牧场间生牛乳碘质量分数不具有显著差异。使用含碘药浴液不会对生牛乳碘的质量分数造成显著影响,日粮中的全价料和苜蓿是影响生牛乳中碘质量分数的主要原因。本研究为生牛乳中碘的主要来源及质量分数的调整提供数据支持,对人类通过牛奶及乳制品摄入碘的健康管理具有重要参考意义。 In order to explore the differences and main reasons for the difference in iodine mass fraction of raw milk between different pastures under the localized breeding management mode in China,20 pastures in different regions were selected as research objects to investigate the iodine content of the nipple medicinal bath used,and the mass fraction of iodine in raw milk,feed raw materials and drinking water was detected,and the differences were analyzed.The results showed that the mass fraction of iodine in raw milk in 20 pastures was between 0.26~0.61 mg/kg,and the average value was 0.39 mg/kg,which was significantly different between pastures.The use of iodine-containing medicinal baths did not have a significant effect on the mass fraction of iodine in raw milk,and the complete feed and alfalfa in the diet were the main causes of the iodine mass fraction in raw milk.This study provides data support for the main sources and the adjustment of mass fractions of iodine in raw milk,and has reference significance for the management of iodine intake in humans through milk and dairy products.
