摘要
职业教育创新教学模式与方法是一项艰巨复杂和长期的职业教育“提质培优”工程和课程教学改革工程。作为创新教学模式与方法策划者和执行者的教师,其理念、态度、能力决定着职业教育创新教学模式与方法的成败和质量。提升职业教育教师创新教学模式与方法的能力,必须从建立系列创新教学模式与方法研修体系、创新教学模式与方法的激励机制和创新教学模式与方法成果认定机制等制度体系建设着手,重点培养教师创新教学模式与方法实践实施能力、产教融合实践教学体系建设能力和适应智能时代数字化教学能力,促使职业教育课程教学改革真正取得成果成效。
Vocational education innovation teaching mode and method is a difficult complex and long-term project of the“improving quality and cultivating excellence action plan”and the course teaching reform.As the planners and executors of innovative teaching models and methods,teachers’ideas,attitudes and abilities determine the success or failure and quality of innovative teaching models and methods in vocational education.It is necessary to start from the sys⁃tem construction to improve the ability of teachers’innovative teaching mode and methods,such as the research and training system,the incentive mechanism,achievement recognition mechanism.It focuses on cultivating teachers‘ability to innovate teaching modes and methods,construct practical teaching system of production and teaching integra⁃tion,and adapt to digital teaching ability in the intelligent age to promote vocational education curriculum teaching re⁃form to achieve real results.
