摘要
在动车组净水箱吊装支架初始方案设计完成的基础上,基于Creo二次开发模块,实现对设计方案的参数化自动建模,建立模型的样本库。适当优化常用吊装支架尺寸范围来限定参数变量的取值区间,并针对关联参数建立约束机制。实验表明,通过均匀抽样的方法获取的300个样本参数,均能建模完成且没有畸形。
Based on the premise that the initial design of EMU water tank suspended structure has been completed and the Creo secondary development parts,automatically model the parameterization of the design scheme to obtain the sample database of the model.Guided by basic data,the value range of parameter variables is limited and a constraint mechanism is established for associated parameters.The experiment indicates that the 300 sample parameters obtained by the uniform sampling method can be modeled with no deformities.
