摘要
以二乙胺、二硫化碳、氢氧化钠等为原料进行了合成N,N'-二乙基硫代氨基甲酸钠(乙硫氮)实验,对合成反应的溶剂进行了筛选,并优化了工艺条件。结果表明,以二硫化碳为溶剂,在优化的工艺参数,(CH_(3)CH_(2))_(2)NH、NaOH、CS_(2)的摩尔比1∶1.05∶10.5、反应温度25~30℃、反应时间40 min下,产品乙硫氮的质量分数达99.3%,产率可达92%。整个工艺在密闭体系下进行,无三废产生,绿色环保。
The synthesis of sodium N,N'-diethyl thiocarbamate(ethyl thiocarbamate)was carried out with diethylamine,carbon disulfide and sodium hydroxide as raw materials.The solvents for the synthesis reaction were screened and the process conditions were optimized.The results showed that with carbon disulfide as solvent,under the optimized process parameters,the molar ratio of(CH_(3)CH_(2))_(2)NH,NaOH and CS_(2) was 1∶1.05∶10.5,the reaction temperature was 25~30℃,and the reaction time was 40 min,the mass fraction of the product was 99.3%,and the yield was up to 92%.The whole process is carried out in a closed system without three wastes,which is green and environmentally friendly.
