摘要 分析了国内化工设计行业的发展现状,指出数字化转型的必要性。通过传统与数字化工程设计阶段的对比,总结数字化工程设计的理念和特点。介绍了数字化工程设计三维软件的市场运营情况。认为数字化工厂符合时代发展的要求,对工程建设、工厂后期发展维护和运行可提供更好的保障,未来数字化工厂的建设势必会在设计、采购、施工建设、开车运行、后期维护管理等方面进行。数字化转型是未来化工工程设计在面临化工行业发展的趋势。 The development status of domestic chemical design industry was analyzed,and the necessity of digital transformation was pointed out.By comparing the traditional and digital engineering design stages,the concept and characteristics of digital engineering design are summarized.The market operation of digital engineering design 3D software is introduced.It is believed that the digital factory meets the requirements of the development of the times,and can provide better guarantee for the construction of the project,the later development,maintenance and operation of the factory.In the future,the construction of the digital factory is bound to be carried out in the aspects of design,procurement,construction,operation and maintenance management.Digital transformation is the future trend of chemical engineering design in the development of chemical industry.
