老无所忧:独居老人志愿服务模式研究——以宁波“小电长”项目为例

No Worries for Old People:A Study on Voluntary Service Model of Elderly Living Alone——A Case Study of Ningbo’s“Xiao Dian Zhang”Project

摘要 独居老人养老在中国积极应对人口老龄化进程中是不可忽视的老年问题。宁波市“小电长”云陪伴项目从1.0版本的防疫“小电长”项目创新式设立到2.0版本的“小电长”助老慈善义工大队成立,致力于通过完善“三级小电长”制度,持续招募志愿者,通过“云陪聊”切入,线上线下互融式地为独居老人提供社会支持,满足需求、解决问题,以达到老无所忧的终极目标。同时“小电长”云陪伴项目借助互联网技术,契合时代发展,以声音温暖老人、明晰老人切实需求、搭建服务桥梁。此志愿服务模式具有可复制性,能为其他地区独居老人及其他特殊老人问题的解决提供借鉴。 Old-age care for the elderly living alone is a problem that cannot be ignored in China’s active response to the population aging process.From the innovative establishment of epidemic prevention“Xiao Dian Zhang”project in version 1.0 to the establishment of charity volunteer team of“Xiao Dian Zhang”in version 2.0,Ningbo’s“Xiao Dian Zhang”cloud companion project is committed to improving the three-level system,continuously recruiting volunteers,providing social support for elderly people living alone through online and offline integration by“cloud chat”,meeting the needs and solving the problems,in order to achieve the ultimate goal of aging without worries.At the same time,with the help of Internet technology,“Xiao Dian Zhang”cloud companion project is in line with the development of the times.It warms the elderly with sound,clarifies their practical needs and build a service bridge.The volunteer service model for the elderly living alone can be copied,which can provide reference for solving the problems of the elderly living alone and special elderly in other areas.
