活动理论视角下的教师共同体教研模式研究与实践 被引量:9

The Research and Practice of Teacher Community Teaching Research Model from the Perspective of Activity Theory

摘要 高质量教师队伍是建设高质量教育体系的前提,基于教师协同研修的教师共同体教研是教师队伍建设的重要举措,数字技术为教师共同体教研提供了有力支持。针对当前教师研修中存在的多以个体研修为主,忽视群体认知,缺乏协同互助;研修活动形式单一,效果不理想,难以解决真实教学问题等情况。该研究基于活动理论,构建了教师共同体教研模型,分析了模型的基本要素、关系和各子系统的运行机制,并在“吉林省2021年国培计划”项目中开展了三轮应用实践。实践效果评价采用准实验设计,通过搜集实验数据和访谈资料,“形成性评价+前后测对比评价”的混合式评价方法验证模型在应用实践中的有效性,发现教师共同体教研是提升教师研修质量的有效模式。研究成果能为优化和创新教师共同体研修方式,促进教师专业发展提供参考和借鉴。 High quality teacher team is the premise of building a high quality education system.Teacher community teaching and research based on teachers’collaborative research and development is an important measure of teacher team construction.Digital technology provides strong support for teacher community teaching and research.The current teachers’research and training mainly focus on individual research and training,ignore group cognition and lack of cooperation and mutual assistance;The form of research and training activities is simple,the effect is not ideal,and it is difficult to solve the real teaching problems.Based on the activity theory,this study constructed a teacher community teaching and research model,analyzed the basic elements,relations and operating mechanism of each system of the model,and carried out three rounds of application practice in the“Jilin Province 2021 National Training Plan”project.Quasi-experimental design was adopted to evaluate the practical effect.By collecting experimental data and interview data,the hybrid evaluation method of“formative evaluation+pre-and post-test comparative evaluation”was adopted to verify the effectiveness of the model in application practice.It was found that teacher community teaching and research is an effective mode to improve the quality of teacher research.The research results can provide reference for optimizing and innovating teacher community training methods and promoting teacher professional development.
