近年来,中药饮片产业在医药工业行业市场增长中一直处于领先地位。随着先进技术在中药饮片行业中的应用,出现了多种新型中药饮片,但现有的新型中药饮片发展仍面临诸多技术、质量等现实问题。本文梳理了近20年国家药品监督管理局以及各省、市、地方管理部门颁布的传统饮片以及包括中药配方颗粒饮片、中药破壁饮片、冻干饮片、定量压制饮片、直接口服饮片在内的新型饮片的相关法规标准,同时结合国家政策,着重分析了近年来中药饮片的市场规模变化,包括传统饮片以及各类新型饮片企业的生产经营规模、各省市企业分布、医院以及零售药店的销售情况等。中药饮片相关法规标准逐步完善,市场占有率逐年增高,饮片的总体质量状况良好,但由于中药饮片的地域特性,跨省流通壁垒仍广泛存在,新型饮片的发展对饮片市场的冲击仍待解决。目前情况下,应结合国家政策的支持,整合企业产业链资源,准确定位新型饮片,培育饮片大品种,提高行业集中度,形成稳定的中药饮片行业格局,助力中药饮片行业的健康高质量发展。

In recent years,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces had been in the leading position in the market growth of pharmaceutical industry.With the application of advanced technology in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,a variety of new types of decoction pieces have been derived.This paper composes the regulations and standards of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the past 20 years,issued by the State Drug Administration as well as provincial,municipal and local administrations,for traditional decoction pieces and new types of tablets including Chinese medicine formula granules,traditional Chinese medicine wall-breaking decoction pieces,lyophilized decoction pieces,quantitative pressed decoction pieces,and direct oral decoction pieces.Meanwhile,the market scale changes of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in recent years,including the production and operation scale of enterprises,the distribution of enterprises in various provinces and cities,and the sales situation in hospitals as well as retail pharmacies,have been analyzed according to national policies.The regulations and standards related to Chinese medicine decoction pieces have been gradually improved,the market share had been increasing year by year,and the overall quality of the decoction pieces was in proper condition.However,due to the geographical characteristics of Chinese medicine decoction pieces,barriers to cross-provincial circulation still widely exist.Furthermore,the impact of the development of new types of decoction pieces on the market need to be solved.Under the current situation,we should combine the support of national policies,integrate enterprise industry chain resources,accurately position new types of decoction pieces,cultivate large varieties of decoction pieces,improve industry concentration,form a stable pattern of decoction pieces industry,and help the healthy and high-quality development of Chinese medicine decoction pieces industry.
