红花籽粕可溶性膳食纤维的提取及其生理活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着社会发展,对膳食纤维的研究逐渐深入,膳食纤维的生理活性和作用机理都成为国内外研究的热点。在很多调味品中已经证实膳食纤维具有多种生理活性功能,在预防人类糖尿病、心脏病和高血压等方面均有良好的功效,这和膳食纤维本身具有的功效密不可分。红花籽粕是由红花籽榨油之后产生的大量废弃物,之前常被用于动物饲料,利用率低。该研究基于此,利用单因素试验和响应面法对红花籽粕中膳食纤维提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,红花籽粕中膳食纤维最佳的提取工艺为料液比例1∶23.1(g/mL)、酶添加量2.2%、提取时间2.1 h、微波功率301 W,在该条件下,红花籽粕膳食纤维提取率为20.11%。 With the development of society,the research on dietary fiber has been gradually deepened,and the physiological activity and action mechanism of dietary fiber have become research hotspots at home and abroad.It has been confirmed that dietary fiber has a variety of physiological activity functions in many condiments,and has good effects in preventing human diabetes,heart disease and hypertension,which is inseparable from the efficacy of dietary fiber itself.Safflower seed meal is a large amount of waste produced after oil extraction from safflower seeds.It has been used as animal feed before,and its utilization rate is low.Based on this,the extraction process of dietary fiber from safflower seed meal is optimized by single factor test and response surface method.The results show that the optimal extraction process of dietary fiber from safflower seed meal is solid-liquid ratio of 1∶23.1(g/mL),enzyme addition amount of 2.2%,extraction time of 2.1 h and microwave power of 301 W.Under such conditions,the extraction yield of dietary fiber from safflower seed meal is 20.11%.
