摘要
覆岩离层注浆是一个系统工程,一般有可行性研究、设计、施工三个阶段,可行性研究阶段是项目开展的前提与基础。通过分析煤矿的煤田地质资料,可以初步筛选出可能适用覆岩离层注浆充填技术的采煤工作面。对此提出了覆岩离层注浆充填技术可行性初判方法——研究地质资料确定注浆充填层位范围,再判断此范围内是否具有厚层硬岩。以郭庄煤矿3310工作面、三元煤矿4326工作面为例,详述了初判步骤,确定了离层注浆低位距3^(#)煤顶板至少为25倍煤厚,注浆高位取基岩风化带底板埋深与0.3倍煤层埋深二者的较大值,分析了注浆目标关键层一般为层厚6m以上的砂岩或砂岩组,介绍了利用EXCEL进行成果整理的方法,形成了初判成果图。研究可为类似项目提供参考。
The overburden abscission layer grouting is a systematic project,generally including feasibility study,design and construction three stages.Feasibility study stage is the premise and foundation of the project.By analyzing the geological data of coal mine,the suitable coal face for grouting and filling can be selected preliminarily.Therefore,a preliminary method for determining the feasibility of grouting and filling technology in overburden abscission layer layer is put forward,which is used to determine the range of grouting and filling horizon by studying geological data and to judge whether there is thick hard rock in this range.Taking the 3310 working face of Guozhuang Coal Mine and 4326 working face of Sanyuan Coal Mine as examples,the preliminary judgment steps are detailed,and it is confirmed that the low distance of the abscission layer grouting is at least 25 times the coal thickness of the 3^(#) coal roof,and the grouting position is the greater value of the buried depth of bedrock weathering zone floor and 0.3 times the buried depth of the coal seam.And it is suitable to select sandstone or sandstone group with layer thickness above 6m as the key layer of grouting target.The EXCEL software is used to sort out the results,and the preliminary results chart is formed.This study can provide reference for similar projects.
