基层单位日常检维修风险管控的创新与实践

某单位不断创新日常检维修风险的管控措施,包括作业前安全分析流程化,实行作业风险清单制;办票程序化,严格落实“四全”管理;现场管理规范化,建立“五级”监护防火墙,实施“十不作业”等,推动HSE责任归位,建立了一套符合单位实际的检维修风险管控长效机制,对基层单位的日常检维修管理具有一定借鉴意义。

One company has constantly innovated the risk control measures for daily inspection and maintenance.Such measures cover pre-operation safety analysis process,implementing operational risk list system;making ticket issuing routine,strict implementation of the“Four-all(all staff,all process,all-weather,all-round)management”;standardization of site management,establishment of“Five-level”monitoring firewall and implementing“Ten-no in operation”.These measures are taken to put HSE responsibility in place.A set of long-term mechanism for risk control in inspection and maintenance which is suitable for the actual situation of the unit has been established.This can provide some reference for the daily inspection and maintenance management of the grassroots units.
