热电联产电站锅炉的内部检验及缺陷处理

热电联产电站锅炉是保障石化产业园区供电稳定的重要设备,电站锅炉部件种类多,系统复杂,且长期处于高负荷运行工况下,因此对电站锅炉及时开展定期内部检验,对于保障其健康安全运行具有十分重要的意义。以某石化产业园区某台运行周期超过10万h电站锅炉内部检验为例,阐述了重点检验区域的检验要点及检验方法,对发现的缺陷问题进行了总结,并为后续缺陷消除提出了处理建议。

Boilers in combined heat and power stations are important equipment to guarantee the stability of power supply in petrochemical industrial park.There are many kinds of power station boilers;the systems are complex and they are under high load operation for a long time.Therefore,it is very important to carry out regular internal inspection of power station boilers in time to ensure their healthy and safe operation.This paper takes the internal inspection of a power station boiler in a petrochemical industrial park whose operation cycle exceeds 100,000 hours as an example.It expounds the key inspection points and methods of major inspection areas,summarizes the identified defects and puts forward treatment suggestions for the subsequent elimination of the defects.
