摘要
介绍了某公司对二甲苯装置隔油池废气进装置加热炉焚烧处理的技术路线选择过程及方案,尤其对进加热炉焚烧处理的安全措施进行了详细论证。在保证安全的前提下,对于烃浓度≤25%爆炸极限的VOCs气体采用去炉子配风系统处理是比较经济有效的措施,VOCs去除率可高达99%以上。
This paper introduces the selection process and scheme of the technical route for the incineration of the waste gas from the oil separator of a p-xylene unit into the heating furnace of the unit in one company.In particular,the safety measures for the incineration of the waste gas into the heating furnace are demonstrated in detail.On the premise of ensuring safety,it is a more economical and effective measure to adopt the air distribution system to the furnace for VOCs gas with hydrocarbon concentration less than or equal to 25% of explosion limit.And the VOCs removal rate can reach over 99%.
