非膨胀型钢结构防火涂料在我国石化行业应用中常见的涂层缺陷

COMMON COATING DEFECTS OF CEMENTITIOUS FIREPROOF COATING IN PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY IN CHINA

我国已建、在建石化项目中大量使用非膨胀型钢结构防火涂料作为钢结构防火保护材料,其有耐火时间长、工程造价低的优点,但同时短期服役即暴露出粘结强度、机械性能、耐腐蚀、耐化学品性、涂层下的腐蚀等多方面的问题。以图片形式展示了我国石化行业常见的非膨胀型防火涂层的缺陷,并结合国外非膨施工工法和产品特点,提出了提高非膨胀型防火涂料干密度、避免应用在装置钢结构区、必须配套面漆、采用焊接销钉替代胶水粘钉等提升非膨防火涂层耐久性的建议。

A large amount of cementitious fireproof coating has been used for steel structure fire protection in completed petrochemical projects or projects under construction in our country.It has the advantages of long fire resistance time and low construction cost,but meanwhile,such problems as bond strength,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,chemical resistance,corrosion under the coating and so forth are exposed in short-term service.In this paper,the common defects of cementitious fireproof coating in China’s petrochemical industry are shown in the form of pictures.Combined with the construction method and product characteristics of similar products abroad,the paper makes suggestions to improve the durability of cementitious fireproof coating covering increasing dry density,avoiding coating applied to steel structure area of chemical plant,matching topcoat,replacing bonding insulation nails with glue with welding pins.
