摘要
随着节能减排的深入开展,以及碳中和时代的日益临近,作为电力耗费大户的石油化工行业面临着前所未有的压力。将传统的低压汞灯、金卤灯、荧光灯、高压钠灯等替换为LED灯具,利用逐渐成熟的智能控制技术对LED灯具进行智能控制。新的控制技术包括但不限于回路控制、HPLC+单灯控制、无线网关+单灯控制。利用智能灯控技术,可以对灯具进行智能化管理,对灯具进行开、关、调光、时控管理等操作,同时可以监测灯具的实时状态以及采集设备的电压、电流、功率等电气参数。
With the in-depth development of energy conservation and emission reduction,and the approaching of carbon neutrality era,the petrochemical industry,as a major power consumer,is facing unprecedented pressure.The traditional low pressure mercury lamp,metal halide lamp,fluorescent lamp and high pressure sodium lamp are replaced by LED lamps.The intelligent control technologies which are gradually matured are used for LED lamps.New control technologies include but are not limited to loop control technology,HPLC+single-lamp control technology,wireless gateway+single-lamp control technology.Through adopting intelligent lamp control technologies,the intelligent management of lamps and lanterns can be carried out,and the operation of lamps and lanterns such as turning-on,turning-off,dimming and time control management can be done.Meanwhile,the intelligent lamp control technologies can monitor the real-time status of lamps and lanterns and acquire electrical parameters of the equipment covering the voltage,current,power and so forth.
