Research on the Construction of the Evaluation Index System of Science and Technology Innovation Capability in Tianjin Autonomous Region

在对比借鉴已有科技创新能力评价指标体系并总结核心要素指标的基础上,结合天津国家自主创新示范区的具体情况,采用过程法建立了一套以创新投入、创新环境、创新活动和创新成果为二级指标的科技创新能力评价指标体系,为评价天津自创区科技创新水平、实现科技创新高质量发展提供借鉴。

On the basis of comparing and learning from the existing science and technology innovation capacity evaluation index system and summarizing the core indicators,a set of science and technology innovation capacity evaluation index system with innovation input,innovation environment,innovation activities and innovation results as the secondary indicators is established based on the specific situation of Tianjin National Innovation Demonstration Zone(TNDZ)using the process method,which can provide reference for evaluating the level of science and technology innovation in TNDZ and realizing the high-quality development of science and technology innovation.It provides a reference for evaluating the level of science and technology innovation in Tianjin SIZ and achieving high-quality development of science and technology innovation.
