With the rapid development and innovation of information technology,the digital economy has become the new driving force of global economic development,digital communication and trade have widely penetrated into every corner of the world,and the globalization of digital economy is rapidly taking shape.The development of the digital economy is both an opportunity and a challenge for China.China,under the perspective of the digital economy,should continuously improve the construction of the regulatory and institutional system concerning the digital economy,promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,cater to the new form of the development of the globalization of the digital economy,and continuously enhance the new advantages of China's digital economy in the global economic competition.
